FULL TIME PERMANENT ROOM LEADERS
(Term time only)
Salary: £8.50 per hour
We are looking for qualified and experienced room leaders to work in a community based setting. The Room Leaders will be responsible for day to day management of their designated room with a real desire and capability to achieve the highest standards in childcare. You will support Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure the effective daily management of the nursery.
The successful candidates must:
- Hold a Level 3+ qualification in childcare.
- Have a minimum of two years experience of face to face work with under 5’s.
- Have an understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Ofsted standards.
- Have the ability to promote good practice in a professional manner.
- Be able to work on own initiative, be creative, enthusiastic and flexible.
- Have good organisational skills.
- The ability to co-operate and support others in a team.
